Nusrat Ganberg

Nusrat Ganberg is an experienced immigration attorney with over 18 years of experience guiding individuals, entrepreneurs, and global companies through complex U.S. immigration matters. Her practice focuses on investment-based petitions (EB-5 and E-2), extraordinary ability immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions for artists, musicians, athletes, entrepreneurs, and STEM professionals, as well as employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration pathways.

Before entering private practice, Nusrat served as an immigration officer with USCIS, giving her firsthand insight into how petitions are evaluated and adjudicated. Her career also includes experience at an AM100 law firm, boutique firms in Los Angeles, and nonprofit organizations, enabling her to support clients across a wide spectrum—from Fortune Global 500 companies and startups to individuals pursuing career-defining immigration opportunities.

Nusrat has built a strong track record securing fast approvals in complex extraordinary ability and National Interest Waiver cases. She has also successfully represented clients in challenging consular matters, including overcoming visa denials and petition terminations.

She graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and Psychology and earned her law degree from Wayne State University Law School as a Dean's Scholar and Lombardi Fellow. Nusrat has been licensed to practice law in Michigan since 2008 and is fluent in Hindi and Urdu.
